• Personal commissions on EMS Sculpt Treatments conducted and Packages/Memberships sold

Responsibilities:

• Conduct EMS Sculpt Sessions for clients and members
• Execute the sales process for all services such as new memberships and beneficial product sales
• Conduct studio tours to guests and potential members
• Stay up to date on company pricing and promotions
• Provide a high-level of customer service to all members and prospective members
• Help enforce facility rules and regulations, ensuring facility is clean and safe
• Book, confirm and check out clients
• All other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Licensed Esthetician required
• Fitness enthusiast, background or journey preferred
• Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales in memberships and other services
• High School graduate

Responsibilities: 

• Oversees and manages the daily operations of the Studio 

• Eager to learn client scheduling, client engagement and client training roles

• Engages in the membership sales process + customer service 

• Drives the Pulse brand through community relations 

• Hires, trains and leads staff by providing coaching and professional development 

• Leads through metrics and KPI’s: generates sales reports, maintains inventory and orders supplies, and makes bank deposits as needed 

• Ensures staff work time is properly recorded and payroll is processed in a timely manner 

• Solicits staff feedback, utilizes an “open door” policy and addresses staff concerns

• Communicates business objectives and expectations to staff, recognizing performance, and producing desired business results

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma 
• Previous management or leadership experience preferred
• Fitness enthusiast, journey or background a plus

• Able to where all hats and perform all duties, lead by example mentality
• Experience in KPI driven environment with P&L responsibility

Physical Tasks: 

• Grasp, turn, and manipulate objects of varying size and weight, requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination 

• Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping 

• Ability to communicate effectively (verbally and written) and in a courteous and professional manner on a regular basis with members, guests, staff and the franchisee.

• Must be able to use standard office equipment, including telephones, and utilize computers/iPads and any other technology in the Studio including the POS system
